I was told quite adamantly by a fellow adult-student-art-major-math-retard to never never never never take college algebra over the summer, not even at a community college. Okay, I'll take her word for it. So I'll take it at the community college in the fall instead. That entails a little rearranging, but I'm okay with it. For the summer I signed up for a women in literature course and intro to philosophy for the first session. For the second session I would like to take a watercolor course at the community college, if it's still open by the time I complete their cumbersome registration process, that is. :-P

Speaking of watercolor, I have to pull quite a lot of paintings out of my ass to turn in tomorrow. Sound like fun to you?

Got some other stuff to talk about but I need to get busy.

Question. As you began your venture into Comm. College, was it easy to know what major you were going to take? For the life of me, I can't decide, but want to take classes that intrest me. Like intro to Philosophy (as you're doing). I'd just like to know how you got started.

I am impressed! Painting out of your ass... man, you don't need college, you need a sideshow. LOL!

V., Dude, I *still* don't know what I want to do when I grow up! I entered college and declared English as a major and art as a minor because I have a creative nature, but had no inkling how I would develop that into something marketable. It's only recently that I became interested in the possibility of being a translator / interpretor. What my dad did was to just start going to college. I think he started out in business but stumbled upon computers and that trned out to be his calling.

Lois, ROFL! Yer too much! If I could have a sideshow, I wouldn't bother with school, with all the money I'd be making and stuff.
