About Me
- Name: Newpeep, N.D. (neurotic depressive)

Whateya need to know about me? Hmmm, I'm not clever enough to summarize myself concisely. Guess I'm underdeveloped, a late bloomer. Still trying to find my way in the world. I've already found my way *into* the world, which I suppose is a step in the right direction ... isn't it?

I was just surfing for other doll collectors and found your blog. I'd be interested in seeing what you're doing with your My Scene dolls. I just recently bought one to re-paint - gotta love that animé look.
Unfortunately I can't show you pictures of my work because that would provide a link to the "real world," and it's my intention that this blog remain anonymous. Don't get me wrong, I'm not important or even remotely interesting, it's just that I want one little place where I don't have to be identified so that I can say what I feel, however banal. Sorry, hope you understand.
My Scenes are fun to work on, though, because their sculpt isn't sharply defined, so it gives the artist a lot of leeway. You can make the eyes enormous or not, realistic or cartoony, whatever floats your boat.
That's kewl. I can respect that and I'm glad you've put some other pics up. I'm sure it'll be a while before I can get to painting my doll as I've got a friend coming to stay for a week in mid-April. Like I said, I really like that animé look and am tempted to try painting the doll to look either like a Blythe doll or a Volks Dolfie. Cheers!
